May 2025 - New Song & Film: Spent Sunday

With the never-ending flow of bad news, how are you taking care of yourself? Protesting aside, I'm finding a little solace in the things I have some control over - i.e the daily maintenance. Keeping up with friendships, the chores, taking the dog for a walk, etc. That's the spirit behind this new song of mine, Spent Sunday. I hope it resonates.
